The Answer depends on the attitude of the Italian.
In a friendly or 1st round stage of a world cup with Italian players worried about injuries, underestimating the opponents and the coach resting players, trialling new blood etc etc:
Italy Win 30% Draw 50% Lose 20%
In a serious game Euro/World Cup final with Italian players playing for their country:
Italy Win 60% Draw 40% Lose 0 %
