how to take a drill bit out of a drill

It depends on the drill you have. If it has notches around the chuck it will need a Jacobs key. If it doesn't have notches you should be able to twist it by hand. If it is an SDS or splined bit the chuck would probably need to be pulled back towards the drill.
Hope it helps.

Hi

If it's a new drill . Hold on to the chuck and put the drill in reverse. If a old drill you need a key to loosen the chuck.

I dont know the formal terms for the part of a drill,
but if you turn the part that is holding the drill bit counter clockwise, it will losen the little fingers that hold the bit in place. Just remove, replace as needed, and tighten that part again turning clockwise.
