What a trip! Seeing the lyrics (as opposed to hearing the song) evokes a totally different feeling in me. Kinda depressing. Sounds like the composer(?) lost a lover that decided to go out and experiment in this big old wide world. And is wondering if the loved one will find their way back. People are a trip. Many of us wander about searching for meaning. When all the while, it's right in front of us- staring us in the face. The really important things that have no price tag. Love, compassion, caring...

Either a girl just broke up with a guy and is remembering all their good times or a girl recovering from some drug experience. First one more likely.

1st I love that song, the lyrics are a bit crazy in places as if they just put them in cos they rhyme, Ive tried to work out what he is really trying to say like did his girl go on holiday to the universe, or was she soul searching inside herself, or is he soul searching in his self, or are they tripping on LSD I cant make my mind up.. Great song though
