Dont know if each phone is different but I registered with 'snapfish.co.uk' and send pics via email to their email address. Can also be done via a cable but you'd need to get the right one for your phone. good luck

Don't know about the Samsung 'cause you don't mention the model.
The Rzr should have come with the software and USB cable for managing just about everything on the phone using a PC (including photo & ringtone transfer between the two).
If yours doesn't have the cable & software, you can buy the bluetooth adapter from Motorola (it's the only one I've found that actually works the way it's supposed to). It's available online for 19.99GBP or 49.99USD (you can also buy the cable/software pack there). Just click one of these links:

For the motorola razr if, a GSM razr, you can use p2kcommander that you can find at http://www.modmymoto.com it's free and you can do all kinds of stuff to your phone. Get the software and transfer files from phone to pc or pc to phone. Really simple to use.
For the samsung, well, I've never owned a samsung soooo, try the bluetooth option!

you can buy the usb cable in computer stores{its a standard usb cable so ya might have one already } and the software for the motorola phone is on limewire if you put in motorola software it should come up thats wat i used phone stores dont seem to sell the software or even no about it :) not sure bout samsung probably could send it by bluetooth if your pc has it!!! havin the motorola connection to the pc is very handy bcoz it also charges the phone etc.

Buy a bluetooth dongle for about £10.
It makes your pc a bluetooth device so you will be able transfer photos and music from your phone to pc and the other way around.

Yeah, use a bluetooth USB dongle available in electrial stores. also with a lead from the phone, to a USB connection
