My Black ipod always gets a lot of finger prints and the click wheel is easy to see scratches and is easy for any type of food greese to get stuck on forever. And i want a white ipod so that way i can not get annoyed by any scratches at all. So Please Help!

Sorry mate but they won't do it. I work in retail and we have strict instructions only to exchange ipods that are still in the plastic sealed box unless they are faulty. Your best bet is to buy a case. You can get those silicon cases that now that don't seem very bulky.
Also I have a white one and it gets fingerprints on it too

Like someone said earlier, they won't exchange it, especially if it already has grease and scratches and whatnot. [Your fault for buying the stupid black one, anyway.] Invest in a good case-- ask the people at Fry's or Best Buy, and get a hard plastic one. Plan to spend $20 or so.

where did you get it?? take it back with the recipe and They may give you another one that is white or take it to wal-mart with out a recipe and will allow you to exchange it usually

Not gonna happen. Buy a case for it. They sell them everywhere.
