I am not totally sure what you are asking.
If your asking if a women is screaming dirty language while having sex and neighbor hear it; is there anything legal that can be done? Yes there is this is considered disturbing the piece.
However I am not sure why this would cause unpleasant sexual feelings or orgasms with the neighbors...

Your question is written very poorly. What? Are they screaming dirty words at each other during orgasm and disturbing the whole neighborhood? I think grounds for legal action would be after curfew...

If the foul language is directed at you, first you politely ask that the offender(s) not to do that and you would not respond to their questions or request. This is reasonable. If that doesn't stop or the offender becomes aggressive, then you tell him that you would call the police if he doesn't stop
Document the dates and witnesses, if availabe, so you have grounds to indeed to call the police for harassment later. Have a digital voice recorder handy.

i belive in most states,you can have the person took to jail,for useing cuss words,i know here in lousiana, their have been a few lock up an fine,for saying dirty words,
