No, so what he had a bumpy year. This is his first full season of playing. So I wasn't all that surprised he hit some rough patches. Hardly anybody likes to give anybody a chance these days. People have to always factor in the maturation process. IT TAKES TIME PEOPLE! Unlike some negative people out there I choose to look at the moments where his talent shone threw. Why doesn't anybody talk about how he throws a really pretty ball? You can see the talent there. He just needs more experience. I had to laugh when people suggested putting Griese in.....It would be a step back for the team.....Griese is in his thirties and would only be a short term fix if he in fact played well. While Rex is younger and I believe he will progress with time. I think Rex will be just fine. I think its unfair the amount of criticism that flies his way. Give the guy a break. I'm not even a bears fan and it pisses me off. Its criticism overkill. I feel bad for the guy.

Grossman sucks, he should be dumped for fresh blood like Brady Quinn! Lovie should have played Brian Gesie( sp) when Grossman started choking

The main thing he needs is confidence and experience. Even though he sucked most of the season, Da Bears made it to the Super Bowl......I imagine that Lovie will keep him.
