I think they'll want you to pay even if you don't receive the bill...

Yes they will stop putting your mail in your mailbox. We had a big snow storm once a plow came down the street and piled snow in front of it. No mail for 3 days.

typically snow elimination is carried out through the city. in case you don't love the snow, and the city would not sparkling it, you sparkling it your self. everywhere the postal providers commute, are cleared through the city/township/etc. you've gotten to sparkling somewhat further because the plows can in common words get so on the point of the mailboxes without taking all of them out. in case you pick to make certain a rotation together with your friends, through all means, even though it isn't interior the "regulations" or "regulations" who has to do it.

I hate being the barer of bad news, ....no matter how high you stack that snow, it's gonna melt sometime. Maybe if you moved to Alaska and moved into an igloo....the postal service always seems to find us.

I wish that would work. But they just hold onto them until they can get to the mailbox. Hopefully, they aren't late by then.
