It rather depends on what kind of commitment you refer to. Probably the most important commitment is a marriage. I would always remind a person considering marriage to bear in mind that (usually) the number of years they can recall from birth is likely to be only a third of the time they will spend married!
This is why it's vital to make sure you're both compatible - absolutely! With something that important there no real sense in rushing - it's a relationship absolutely no one can adequately describe. Trust, honesty and wanting each other's company all the time is a natural desire of a perfect match.

No. You have to commit to something every once in a while. You have to commit to your cell phone company for two years once you buy a new phone. So why not commit to a person. Being in a commited relationship helps you to realize what you can and can't deal with

I didn`t once when as i was married but i am now divorced and have been by myself for 15 years now i don`t fear commitment I plain an simply don`t want to do commitment now

No, I've been with my hubby for almost 26 years and married for nearly 23 of them, I love him and the commitment we have for each other.

No not really. I realize that life is well....pretty much..."short" and when I meet a woman that is ready for love and for - me. Then I will need to be ready to hold her hand from now until the end of time. True Love is the most preciuos "thing" you can find on this earth.
