To the second poster - you don't have to uninstall Firefox to turn of it's pop-up blocking. In fact, if you install and uninstall programs a lot it'll actually CLUTTER up your system - the uninstallers don't get all the files / registry entries.

Anyways, to the topic at hand...

It's under Tools > Options > Content (tab).
You have two options here - either turn off blocking or add the site to the exceptions list.
I'd suggest the latter - It's one less thing to remember to do (turning the blocking back on)

Tools -> Options -> Content -> clear the appropriate check box

If you choose control panel, when it opens, choose "add/delete". When the list is generated, you should be able to find "firebox". Click on it, and you'll have the option of deleting...and it will be gone until you want to install it again.
