I think you just need to take your marrage lisence to the imigration office

If you marry a US citizen, the spouse has to travel to your country (if you are not here yet) and go thru the legal process. Present the marriage license to the US Amb together. The ambassy takes however long to process your visa to the US, varies from country to country, but several months are normal.
Once you land, you can go to Immig & Naturalization Services (INS) to apply for a greencard, and then go to Social Security to get a soc sec number. Then you can look for work.

you don not need a work visa if u r going to marry a citizen , after marriage apply for the work authorization and u could work then
