The Play or the Movie of "Romeo and Juliet"???? And WHY???

i liked the new romeo and juliet movie wiht leonardo dicaprio better. i think its just awesom! the ending has a twist, and its set in modern times so its kinda funky. its just a perfect blend of the play and real life in our time. it couldnt be any better(except for the fact that it takes romeo about five minutes to die. sounds mean but he just dragges it on and on :)
