In person or...???

Question

I might VERY well be pregnant (read my other questions for more info) and I'm freaking out.. when we had sex he didn't have a girlfriend.. but now he does. He doesn't know I might be pregnant because I don't want to tell him anything until I am 100% sure. I hung out with him a couple days ago though and he asked me if I was pregnant and said "You look fatter, your boobs are bigger, and you've been acting moody" I didn't say anything and just instead laughed it off. I'm going to wait about a week and take a pregnancy test. I took one about 3 weeks ago and it was negative but I think it was too early to tell. If I am, should I tell him over the phone or in person?!! I'm just afraid in person I would be at a loss for words. So how would I say it?? And guys, which one would you prefer?!

BE SURE THAT YOU ARE PREGNANT FIRST. WHEN YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU CAN TELL HIM EITHER WAY, BUT HE DOES NEED TO KNOW EVEN IF YOU'LL ARE NOT TOGETHER.

You should tell him to his face, over the phone is too impersonal.

The father of my child and I had broken up when I found out I was pregnant. I called him and said we had to talk, he agreed to meet up with me and that's when I told him. I just came right out and said that I had just found out I was 10 weeks pregnant. He didn't take it too well and stormed off. Even though the way he reacted was very upsetting, I felt it was the right thing to do as he had every right to know. About 2 weeks later he called to apologise for reacting the way he did and the he appricated me telling him to his face rather than over the phone or hearing it from someone else.

Tell him face to face...you might be at a loss for words but you need to find out where he stands right away. If he is not supportive at least you can talk some about it then vs. on the phone he could hang up and avoid you after. Good luck...I hope it works out!

WELL, WHEN YOU FIND OUT LET ME KNOW I HAVE A SIMILAR SITUATION ACCEPT NOT..LOL
WHAT I MEAN IS I AM MARRIED WITH ONE CHILD ALREADY AND I NEVER WANTED ANOTHER FOR SO LONG UNTIL RECENTLY AND NOW I HAVE DECIDED THAT I DO.. SO WE HAVE STARTED TO TRY AGAIN BUT WE HAVE'NT REALLY STARTED YET.. ANYWAYS I FELT AND SINCED THAT I WAS PREGNANT AND TOOK A TEST BUT IT SHOWED NEGATIVE.. ACTUALLY I TOOK 4 TEST ANYWAYS..,,, I STILL AM NOT CONVINCED NOT SURE WHY I GUESS CAUSE I REMEMBER SIGNS FROM MY FIRST OR SOMETHING... BUT WHEN YOU TAKE ANOTHER TEST PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOUR ARE OR NOT THEN MAYBE I WILL TAKE ONE TO SINCE THIS FEELING WON'T GO AWAY...

If you dont think that you could handle saying it to him to his face then over the phone would be ok. If you are, you need to let him know. But dont let yourself stress so much over just telling him because you are going to have bigger issues to worry about.

if you are scared of telling him face to face take your closest firend when you tell him use her as a shoulder to lean on and encouragement and just come staight out and say: I am pregnant i am ____ % (100 if hes the only guys youve been with in that time frame)sure that it is your what do you thinkwe should do

if and only if you are pregnant you should be mature enough to seat him down somewhere and let him know whats going on. I believe you you are two mature adults and these type of things happen everyday so just relax and let him know that his your baby daddy. Good Luck!
