They’ve both given Hulk a hard time. Come to think of it, wasn’t it when Hulk and Wendigo were going at it that Wolverine first appeared…? Thanx for the memories!
I think that Abomination would be afraid, once he saw that he was up against another mindless behomoth; his fights with the Hulk have stripped his self-confidence, and Wendigo would probably get in a few good ones.
But once his analytical scientific mind came into play, the Russian would quickly realize that the creature he was fighting did not in fact get stronger as the Hulk does, and then he would have such a feeling of relief, that he would relax and be able to take on the Canadian critter. I give the final win to Abomination.

Wendigo has the healing ability thing, Abomination has strength, but the fact is the Abomination would have to deal with an enemy who can keep coming back, again and again and yet again.
