HELP Please! I need macromedia flash installed. Problem explained below.?

When I try to install macromedia it tells me it can't find the browser plugins directory. What does this mean? I need the macromedia in order to do defensive driving course. I'm begging for help at this point. I've tried all day.

The site is down.
My application detects a sever connection problems hence the reason why the download may not work. I tried to download it (irrelevant if you already have it) and it took me 5 attempt. Even then it was slow.

My advise try again tomorrow.
