Your internet browser should have a history list in it. Check there.

You can check your computer's history.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer, open the browser and click on the history icon. This will bring up an entire list of visited web sites and/or web pages. The page you opened to will still be there. The history will open to its immediate left, in a separate column.

You can sort the history by site (for web sites), by date, and by recently visited pages (for web pages). Clicking on a web site there will open up a list of web pages visited. Clicking on a web page will open the page itself.

You can also clear the history. Click on "tools" on the menu bar, then click on "internet options", then click on "clear history". In the internet options, you can also change how long pages are kept in the history.

If you are using a different browser, I cannot specifically help you. But, you should have similar possibilities in any browser. Just check for a history icon and the tools menu.

Hit the history bar point to the down arrow and all history is in there. If nothing shows up then some smarty pants has cleared the history for you. A wise move is to go to your user account settings to stop this from happening again. Hope this helps you!

You can check the history, but you can also view the actual files.
Go to Tools/Internet Options/Settings/View Files
This will show you all of the files even if the history has been cleared

Hi Jess,

I can't say with 100% certainty, but I believe if you go to 'My Computer', click on Windows, then click on Temporary Internet Files, it will show you what websites have been visited. That's about all I know. It may be better to get there from Windows Explorer... that's how I do it. Hope this helps.

Try using the history item on the tool bar. It looks like a clock with an arrow on it. If you can't find it check under view/toobars/standard tools.

This button will show you the websites visited today, yesterday and however many weeks ago.

You can check the Browser History, if they did not delete it, or install an Keylogger (P.C. name is Computer Monitoring Programs). It will tell you everything that person does on the computer.

This download site has several free Keyloggers:

You can look into the history in your browser. There are also programs called keyloggers that allow you to check everything someone has typed in your computer, a lot of them are available for free.
