Can you treat your tank with bactonex straight after a treatment of Malafix and Primafix?

I have just completed a 7 day course of malafix and primafix and now one of my fish has a single white spot (the size of a grain of salt on his top fin. Can i do a treatment with bactonex to kill any white spot (if it is white spot)?

If those treatments haven't worked you need to raise the temperature in the tank a few degrees, add some salt (about a tablespoon per 2 gallons and treat with a regular ick treatment to see if you can get rid of the spot. If that doesn't do it in a week it's not ick.
