Theres this store called Forever 21 which has TONS of cute clothes for great prices...they have the store set up by colors and have literally tons of different styles in each section..very fun to shop at!

H&M is fun too...and well priced...

American Eagle is my favorite....I am a little older now but I shopped there when I was a teen too :) A little more expensive then the first two but you can get good deals in the sale sections

J Crew is nice, can be expensive but the sale racks are good!
Express has some good sales too

There is this fun store in a mall near me called JimmyZ
I know they aren't too widely known yet but their might be one near you....they have cute stuff and GREAT sales...

A lot of people suggested A&F, AE, and Hollister. But at places like those, it can be $25 for a polo shirt! Talk about ridiculous! Target actually has cool clothes, Kohl's is okay, Aero's good but a little loud and definitely cramped. If you're looking for nice clothes for special occassions, Von Maur and Nordstrom's are pretty good, I got a really nice dress there and their tops are soo cute. If you have a lot of money, and you wanna be spoiled, A&F and Hollister are great! But everyone at my school wears it, I try to be different at least! Maybe look for sales and coupons too, unless you wanna be spoiled. :)

abercrombie, hollister and american eagle are all way too generic. everyone shops there, but i don't see why. dELiA's is cool, and trendy. and their prices aren't way too off the wall.
