Rick Jones would use his bad guitar playing to lull Franklin into a stupor of spittle producing proportions then, wham hit him in the head with the guitar like it was a Who concert.

Even if Rick Jones still had the Nega-bands with the powers of Captain MarVel, and still was in his Hulk-form (as he briefly transformed once when Marvel finally got around to realizing that he absorbed NEARLY as much gamma radiation as Bruce did) Franklin will still take him. That young man is just too powerful.
