Black pudding is great. And so is haggis. Both are great when fried and eaten with a bit of HP sauce...

I was thinking tongue (and suspecting that haggis might be mentioned... I think it is great. "Offal" is better than what goes into the average sausage, trust me), sheep's eyeballs, testicles (eeek!) and insects, but then noted the mention of tripe.
Tripe has to be the worst. Without a doubt.

its an aquired taste no question but even as sold is not actually raw as has already been boiled in situ...i personally dont like it but i dont like any food that falls into the catagory as offal!!
