I believe it is called Neonatal. NICU it is Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

From memory some of the careers working in the NICU include neonatologists, respiratory therapists and nurses that specialize in NICU. There also other jobs like physical therapists, dietitians, and other specialists (cardiac, surgeons)
