In the latest War of the Worlds movie, with Tom Cruise, what killed the Aliens? I'm not sure, but I think it had something to do with organisms

Yeah it was bacteria from all the human blood they were feeding on

I film the real invasion and slid the date back they had the originals and duplicated it really good the scenes. suppose to have died by disease but is what really happen the marines got a hold of a radio frequency and jam played it back to the aliens that killed them but this earth was a battle ground for several aliens and the other alien who replicate humans did not leave or get off the planet and is living here and killing humans as you read.

It was a sort of a simple cell bacteria, that cant harm us in any way because of our immune system, but since the aliens in the movie didn't have an immune system they had no other choice but die.

this was the same as in the original movie with Gene Barry. there were bacteria we are immune to but the Martians were not so when they entered earth's atmosphere they ingested the killing bacteria
