never ever... i've had around 6 phones up until now... always nokia... and they have never done me wrong... i always just upgrade every couple years...

yes.I have had my phone for 7 months and I have had to take it to the telstra shop 6 times.I have told them if some thing goes wrong with the phone again that I want them to replace it,as I pay my bills monthly and I haven't had the phone for half of it as it's always needing to be repaired,and I still get charged,even though I don't use all the minutes I get each month.

i have a 3510i that switches itself off when it gets cold, but other than that no probs - i just have to remember to keep it in my pocket
