I love the Food Network and also get inspiration by it. It would be awesome to travel and try different foods and experience different cultures. Lately I've been broadening my foods and have found that I really like Thai food, Indian Food and even Japanese. I have always been a fan of Italian, Mexican and Chinese. It would be nice to have authentic foods from the regions they were created instead of the Americanized versions though.

I really don't have just one. I LOVE cheese fondue, steak med rare with a side of french fries and a salad, all you can eat crab, moules mariniere, seared ahi, I truly could go on. What I really love the most is dining with good company and a wonderful meal and a couple of fantastic bottles of wine.

I really like the pizza you find in small towns that has the really thin crust. My dad calls it pizza on a cracker. The toppings just taste better too. Don't know why.
