There is no proof of this. Mostly because the technology is still fairly new. What I do know is that cell phones produce non-ionizing radiation which most appliances do as well. Things like Microwave ovens produce an ionizing radiation, this in which causes cancer. I have seen RF readings which would make me more scared of what already in my house than my cell phone.
