It is Nathan Petrelli the politician . I cant believe that . It was soooo good last night . Woo Hoo ! Heroes rocks.

Nathan. I had thought it would be him, but my suspicions were confirmed mid-show when Claire said that she had always imagined that her bio parents would live in a penthouse in New York. That statement screamed of foreshadowing. I'm actually glad it was Nathan, because that makes Claire Peter's niece, and they've already established a familial-type relationship. They both like each other as people and heroes. Peter saved her life, and she (through Peter's ability to "lift" powers) has saved his life twice.
Also, she might be able to put up with Nathan as a bio-Dad, if it means getting Peter as an uncle. His likability could help take the sting out of Nathan's reserve.

clair's dad is nathan petrelli also known as peter petrelli's brother. my friend totally predicted a week before hand. it was so crazy.
