Certainly not. The treaty satisfied a lot of people. The treaty satisfied the U.S., the French and the British, who got payments of money in war reparations from Germany. Also, France won back Alsace and Lorraine, which it had lost to Germany in the Franco- Prussian war of 1870.
Serbia was certainly satisfied, because it became the dominant part of the new Jugoslavia. The Montenegrins and Croats were suppressed. Czechland was able to lord it over Slovakia in the new Czechoslovakia.
You have to qualify that "anyone."

The effect of the treaty of vesailles is complex in terms of satisfaction. The United States was mildly satisfied. The treaty of versailles was the ultimate rejection of Wilson's 14 points. As we can tell the effects of the treaty were not beneficial to anyone ultimately as they eventually led to economic depression in europe and the us and wwii. France and england were immediately satisfied particularly france as they reclaimed Alsace and were promised reparations for the invasion. They were satisfied originally but it just didn't turn out so well.

No, I felt pretty sated by the whole thing. It was just the Germans who got a dodgy deal.
undoubtedly this treaty played a major part in the origination of World War II. And it certainly showed up countries for what they are. Self-serving nationalist anti-humanist nincompoops.

the treaty failed to saisfy the germans and therefore fought against it but it also failed the americans, british and french because it was way too harsh therefore the countries were stepping on eggshells just waiting for germany to break therefore causing the second world war! it was a bomb waiting to go off which sadly the countries realized this but failed to stop it in time!

In the long term, it created a sham of a peace. It was only good as a tool of punishment for Germany.

Yes, and because of demands for reparation, it brought Germany to its knees and prepared the ground for the rise to power of Hitler.
