personally i disagree with the other girls here, i dont consider this to be very normal. it does occasionally happen, yes, but...those are the major signs of a miscarraige, or perhaps your not really pregnant. however if you are, i would go to the doctor as soon as you can, tomorrow, and if i were you i wouldnt go telling everyone i know just yet, i would keep it on the down low for a while to make sure everythings ok. if the doc thinks its ok and you take it easy and the bleeding/cramps stop after a week or two and its still ok, then you should be fine. good luck.

I always had the sore breasts, and light cramps with all three of my pregnancies. However, I never had HEAVY cramps and I never had bleeding, although I know that spotting is not unusual. Watch yourself and if the cramps get worse, or the bleeding does, definitely call the doctor and insist on being seen right away.

i had the same thing too, when i was 4 weeks pregnant, i had period pains to a point i kept thinking i was gonna start any second! but they fizzled out around 8 weeks and the spotting, could be implantion bleeding. though if its heavy then go to your doctor. breast will stay sore for quite a while. apparently the period like pain is supposed to be round ligament pain. congratulations on your pregnancy. now would be a good time to start taking prenatal vitamins. good luck and take care!
wish you a happy pregnancy!

Yes it's normal to have cramping, but keep an eye on the spotting. I've always had PMS-like cramps at the beginning of my pregnancies, and I have a healthy baby & another one on the way.

Yeah it's very normal.. many people experience that during early pregnancy. The spotting could have been implantation bleeding! And spotting during early pregnancy is not irregular! Good luck and congratulations!!
