Option one:
customize a ring that has the year u got together on one side
the other side has a car on it
and the top would have a heart on it
and both of your names would be engraved inside it.
or just make him something its more personal that way
like make him a model car
or make this art project on cars
then you could build it together
so if you dont like cars, you might like art
so it would give you something to do together and enjoy
