i don't know who it's by or what it's called but it's a blues song and the chorus is "I wanna go home" and it's a newish song i think.

"The Thrill is Gone", by B.B. King. I know that's not the song you were looking for, but you asked for random. Could be "I Wanna Go Home" by Van Morrison. Search engines keep telling me "Heritage of the Blues: I Wanna Go Home", by Otis Spann, and Bobby Collins' "I Wanna Go Home"

I wouldn't really call this a blues song other than the general song structure but try "Home" by Michael Buble.
