It's illegal in Alberta, Canada for teachers to accept money for extra tutoring from the students they teach in the public school classroom. If the person being tutored isn't in any classes with that teacher, then it's okay (but most teachers only tutor students from other schools, just to be safe).

anyone can tutor for money as long as there is someone willing to pay. Certified, you can ask for more.

I'm sure thats ok. I often see advertisements for tutors. maybe it would be more professional to go to their home
