Yup...I own and wear them...And I've had some close calls. The typical culprit is the flooring surface being slick as crap!! Think Italian Tile...A typical hard plastic or steel heel tip will slide right out from under you if you're not ExTrEmElY careful!! I have also seen people fall in them...My wife has once...Most falls I've seen are alcohol related. Alcohol, Italian Tile (or highly polished marble...) flooring, and cheap plastic heel tips make a PERFECT recipe for disaster!!

Used to wear high heels and fell down the stairs with the high heels.

I do not even own a pair of heels. I refuse!! And no I have never seen anyone in heels fall

no i do not wear high heels but yes i seen some body fall in high heels my friend falled on heels.

I do wear them; I have not fallen or seen someone fall; but i do worry about my heel getting stuck in that little gap at the elevator door and busting my @ss.

I've worn them for 30 years....I'm short and it's the only way I feel at eye level with people 5 feet tall. I've fallen and I've seen friends and strangers fall in them. It's not a pretty sight.....usually when it happens to me it has something to do with the way the shoes are made (and of course usually only happens in cheap shoes....) --if I fall off a pair, or twist my ankle and fall, then I usually get rid of the shoes, it means I'm putting my weight down wrong and if I keep wearing them I'm only asking for trouble.

I wear them daily and I saw footage of Tara Reid falling down in a pair over this past weekend on the beach. Funny! I've never fallen, I have the stiletto strut downpat.

I once wore high heels in a snow storm...bad idea. I actually walk better in heels when I am a bit tipsy. Go figure.

i dont normally wear them, though i did at my wedding. it was fine because we walked slow anyway and after the photos, i took them off and changed them. but if i do wear heels, i have to have a thicker heel on it, or i lose my balance!! if i wore normal heels, i would probably fall!! but i havent seen anyone fall with them on (but they sure do walk funny!)
