I know a lot of people are suing Sacha Baron Cohen , but is anyone winning?

I've found news relevant to "who" is suing, but I don't know if anyone is winning, or settlements are being offered. Please don't saturate this question with debating wether or not "Borat" should be sued, leave that for another question.

as far as i know no one has settled. I don't think it will go very far as they signed releases. And even if it does it's not going to hurt the movie, they've made their money back a thousand times over.
