Press the Ctrl+T shortcut (on IE7 or Firefox) or go to the menu File -> New Tab.
Tabs only work on IE6 (with Yahoo toolbar), IE7 or Firefox!

Install a tabs-capable browser -- if using Internet Explorer, upgrade to IE 7. Firefox and Opera are popular alternatives.
If you already have IE7, just click ctrl + T

If you have Firefox you can open a new tab by going to file-->new tab or hit ctrl+t. (or ctrl+mouse click to open a link in a new window)
Alternatively, download IE7. If you already have it then you can open a new tab the same way as Firefox.

Depends on what web browser you are using, please be more specific! For many browsers, you can simply right click the link you are attempting to go to and choose an option that says something similar to "Open in new tab." Some browsers do not support tabbed browsing fyi.

Either you can download Yahoo! toolbar or Mozilla Firefox and just Ctrl+Click the item to open it in a new tab.
(was that the question... it was kind of confusing)

right click on the link and select "Open as new tab", or click the small tab next to the big one that is blank until you put your mouse over it.

open another internet??? you mean a browser, not unless you have IE 7.0 or Firefox 2.0, then its CTRL+T. wala, new browser that is Tabbed on your original browser...
i would personally install Firefox before installing IE7, IMHO, IE7 has many reported issues and would wait for it to stablize... (my personal opionion and i believer others may differ)
