im looking for a ron/hermione based in sixth year fanfic. rons going out with lavender and in a herbology detention him and hermione have an argument and they get a detention. while they are in detention they have a reaction to a plant which basically means they love each other and ron realises this while doing his homework. please can anybody tell me the author to this fic or the title as i am desperate to read it again but cant find it.

Any chance you remember what site you read it on?
I've had a look in fictionalley.net and fanfiction.net but I've come up with nothing maybe you should look there yourself you'd know what you were looking for. It sounds like a good fic though

harry Potter has these characters. it will be one of the later books - probably the last but one, i think that's when they fall in love
