how do you register on MTV show MADE? and how old do you have to be to register and is there a website I'm supposed to go to to register?! help

and scroll around and look for MADE. In order to register you have to submit I think either a video or yourself or an essay telling them why you want to be on the show. Good Luck.

it's on MTV's website. you download this form thing and fill it out and send it in. there are dirctions. i wanted to do it last year lol. so i went through the whole process but never made a tape... therfore i never mailed it in lol.
