They spell sun when they mean son or son when they mean sun, I agree on the lose and loose and especially on their and there! Also, two/too/to and know/no. There are may more.
But first I want to say there is a difference between misspelling a word and a typo (misprint), "teh" would be a typo in my eyes.
Then the big words, my goodness, some people can't spell "necessary"! Maybe because it isn't necessary anymore to be able to spell, we have spell check..

I see "loose" when they mean "lose" a lot.
Also, "dose" when they mean "does."
