could i be pregnant?

I have not missed my period... but i think that i could be because i have been sick, my boobs are hurting... could someone tell me what i need to look for (signs) of being? If i am i know that i am not that far along... is there any way this eary to tell if or if not?

A missed period is the most accurate sign of pregnancy along with a positive pregnancy test. The rest of the symptoms wouldn't start until you get a little further along. If you had sex during ovulation unprotected, then there is a chance you could be pregnant. If you haven't missed a period, you probably won't be able to tell.
