I'm looking for the show that really makes your adrenaline pump. With 24 kind of getting stale I just started watching Heroes and it is really good/ a nice new change. Lost is also coming back on soon. What do you guys think

I'm going to have to go with HEROES! It is so awesome and so suspenseful. I love the way they keep you hanging in every episode. I also love the different phrases they come out with. Like Save the Cheerleader, Save the World and Are You On The List? and also Who's Claire's Daddy? I also like the different stories and how all the characters connect in some way.

Heroes is, I think it surpasses Lost for suspense. I actually look forward to Monday's now because that's when Heroes is on.
I think Ugly Betty actually has quite a bit of suspense too, so I hope that show keeps it going.

You could try Prison Break. It's not as good as 24 in my opinion though. Good luck finding a show you enjoy.

Watch Supernatural. Great show and doesnt get old. It has a premise but also does alot of stand alone episodes where anyone could come in at any point and no what's going on. Its raw and scary

I think Hero's is absolutely the best, each week when it ends I am sorry it's over and I can hardly wait for the next episode.

Supernatural. Its got some pretty good suspense and the show is just all around really good.

I recommend "Sleeper Cell" on Showtime for your pulse-pounding needs. But the best show you're probably not watching is The Wire on HBO. It's a little slower paced, but worth your time.

no seriously, Lost is really good. if you havent seen it before, rent the first season and watch them all from there, you will be addicted.
