Sometimes u have to let things go. I fell out with a good friend of mine and she has a ton of stuff of mines but because i am so stubborn and i know i was not the one in the wrong i refuse to call her for them and i just look at it as material things that i know i can get again

What happened why did she get upset? Is it because of the old dress. Post these details please. But the best way to get back together is to give her a gift, chocolates with a sorry letter. That should fix the problem and tell her you are really sorry and you still want to be BEST FRIENDS FOREVER. BFF

Go up to her and say "hey, I want my dress back" with some humility and grace. It can be an even exchange with no quarell. If she says "no" Then stop her and say "look, I know we're not friends now, but could you please just give me my dress back? It's mine and I lent it to you. It's mine. I want it back"

If all else fails (and I don't like this idea anymore than you but it is for sure thing) tell her mom. Ask kindly to her mom that she return the dress.

ask nicely if you can have it back. if you guys got in a fight or something, try not to be rude or anything. just say that she still has your dress and you'd like it back.

It's your dress, honey. You don't owe her anything.
Just call and say, Hey, can I get my dress back.
Simple.

call her and ask for the dress. if she doesn't return it, take her to small claims court.
