Yes, providing the igneous rock has a datable material in it such as potassium or argon. For those whose answer was "no" I would remind that the scientific method requires reasons, not just statements. Are they going against the body of knowledge called Physics? If they are, then what are they doing on the internet, since it is due to advances in Physics that lead to this technology?
