could somebody tell me what post-nuptial agreement actually mean when two people are married and sign post-nuptial agreement

A post-nuptial is the same as a pre-nuptial agreement. one is before the marriage and the other is after the marriage.
In both cases it is hard to hold up in court of law; It is believed these agreements started in the USA, but even in America if the agreement is contested usually the agreement is quashed.
