Can someone provide me with a link with a photo of Colleen Shipman? I thought that only Italian men went into jealous rages - are Italian women also prone to such outbursts? Does Colleen also work for NASA? Does anyone know anything about her, i.e., what she does for a living, etc.? Here's the link that states that Lisa Nowak (married name) is the first Italian-American woman in space. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/space/orl-bk-nasaastronaut0507feb05,0,6104316.story?coll=orl-home-headlines

Maybe this is the year for Italian women; after all, Nancy Pelosi became the first woman and the first Italian to be speaker of the US House of Representatives.
This story is so crazy that the media will feature it for a long, long time.

it's a bit of a generalization to say things about italian people going into rages.
But either way this is the greatest news story ever. We've been killing ourselves laughing in the newsroom all day. What a freak show. And if you want to see something even funnier check out her mugshot on perezhilton.com

I don't believe that Shipman is important in the sense of "famous" for any reason other than a national figure (astronaut) was sleeping with the same guy she was and was immanently more determined to have him in the end. The question remains...whose end?

I dont think that woman is her target because shes special or not.. she's jealous because Colleen is now with the man that Lisa is in love with.
