What do I wear (like a sweater) with a green babydoll tank top?

it really depends on what color pants you decide to wear. If it is pants pants,wear a little half jackets(black). If you wear jeans, Use can wear a half jean jackets and you can also wear like a long sleeve shirts under the tank top whatever color you think that matches. Sorry I couldn't be as much help. 1. You could wear a snug plain t-shirt under it. White? Pink? Black?
2. Or a little cropped cardigan over it, preferably open.
3. Slim jeans and flats would be cute.

Something white to bring out the color in the top. It would look very fresh. try some short jeans with them and you got a nice outfit..
