I love Burger King... BUT when I was in grad school there was an In & Out in the town... The thought of those burgers brings tears to my eyes and makes my mouth water to this day.

In n out, without doubt.
The fries are excellent....they are not as greasy or salty as the other fast food restaurant ones.
so are the burgers, coming from someone who can still remember them after converting to vegetarian-ism six years ago.
The shakes are really good as well, especially the strawberry ones.
I find that compared to McDonalds and Burger King, In N out has a fresher taste.

I have only been to McDonald's and Burger King. So out of those I would have to say Burger King. :)
