It does not matter what type of speech it is. It has to be about 5 minutes long and contain a visual aid. Does anyone have any great speech topics? I have searched online, but can't find anything! HELP!

Why our society is so intrigued by the lives of celebrities. I suggest this because you ask for something fun. Plus you can grab tabloid magazines easily for visual aids.

Try something clever and unique. Like the history of a common place item. Such as where the toilet came from, where was the first one that was indoors? Most people do not realize the concept of an indoor W/C (water closet) is not a new one. As for a visual aide, well the possibilities are limitless.
If this is too touchy a subject pick a very strange animal. Such as the any of the only three egg laying mammals in the world. They all live in Australia and none have nipples for their babies to nurse from. The Platypus is just one of them.

you should do your speech on global warming!!! it is one awesome topic and it would help people realize how bad the situation is and what could happen. um..i'm not sure if you are allowed to use movie clips as a visual aid...if you are, you should get a clip from the documentary "An Inconvenient Truth" or maybe even "The Day After Tomorrow". if you can't use movie clips, you can get an image of the thermohaline circulation (which is the north atlantic current) from Google images or something. You could do a little research on the internet on global warming since there is a lot for me to say on here

You could do a demonstration speech about something that you are passionate about. In my college speech class a girl did a demonstration on how to make a flower arrangement. As you describe how to do it, have the object there to demonstrate. That guarantees a visual aide! Good luck!
