Well, skating rinks are fine, but I am partial to skating outdoors, so my favorite place is Steinburg Skating Rink at Forest Park. Here is their website: http://www.steinbergskatingrink.com/index.html

james j eagen center in florrisant. they have a nice little rink there and if you get sick of skating you can go to their swimming pool
