For example, I can hear and picture my dad reading me one of the bedtime stories that I now read to my little boy. I must have been about five.

yep liverpool winning the champions league, It was my final year at university and my father was a massive liverpool fan, he died that year and never got to see me graduate, I cried like a baby watching that match in liverpool surrounded by my best mates!

I try not to let what I don't have make me sad and cherish the things and the people that I do have (mom, dad, 2 brothers, and friends). Love one another; we only live once.

The smell of my Dad's cologne he would wear on special occasions. Smelling it or something similar reminds me of being a kid and him going out. Not a big deal. Just very relaxing and makes me think of him.

The birth of my daughter after a 24hour long labour and the birth of my son after a 48 hour long labour.

My son being born very premature and surviving,also childhood memories of me and my cousin who was killed on holiday whilst pregnant a couple of years ago.

My mom and I baking cookies..My dad and I hunting together..

my dad died when I was seven I always remember how happy he was and always singing you are my sunshine I sang this to my daughters and they sing it to their children if my grandson started crying we both started singing that song together( weird feeling }and both laughed
