Who are all these people that believe American Blacks blame them for slavery? I don't know a single black person that blames white people for slavery. Not ONE! Personally, I recently married a wonderful black american female (I am an Italian) and she opened my eyes about their culture and the many misconceptions about it. It seems that people make up things in their minds and decide to whole-heartedly believe them for absolutely no reason. I just want to know the truth.

Im not sure who those people are. I've never met anyone who blames them for slavery either. What a lovely couple you are, Im sure you two will make beautiful babies! My dad is black also and my mom is white.

Excellent question! A lot of people feel personally guilty for these things. American education is falling short. One must LEARN to seperate historical issues from oneself. This requires a certain amount of objective thinking which I believe is not being taught in public schools? who knows!

ask the question of black people....Do you think the white man enslaved you and see if you get any response..i didnt enslave anybody, i dont think about it, it was so long ago.....my family had to leave ireland because of the english but i couldnt give flying fck..no point bearing grudges, the past makes us who we are
