Sorry to say, yet i imagine that in the present day you may not declare something again in any respect the banks have 'were given jointly' and lengthy previous to the courts to resign people (quickly) from claiming the rates again. Am hoping for different people available that are owed alot from their monetary corporation that they commence paying up again quickly! i grow to be fortunate adequate to get mine again 2 weeks before i heard they were preventing it. I wrote to my monetary corporation and requested statements courting again 6 years. they did not charge me for the statements yet I heard that some were charging £5-£15 which they could do. when I received them, i added up all the rates and positioned it right into a spreadsheet and despatched it to them. there have been some letters in between yet really it took 2-3 months and they presented me ninety% of what i requested and that i took it.

Banks only charge extortionate fees when you go outside of agreement. Talk to them when you think this will happen I have found my bank extremely good and have only paid minimum interest charges in over 18 years and been supplied with free banking, online services and convenient access to my money via debit cards and cheque books. You have to realise they are a business and have published charges they are not to blame its your mismanagement, free advice is always available at Lloyds TSB.

But how? NatWest are refusing to refund my charges, even after I've sent them numerous pleading letters, the thieving shysters. All they do is send me a leaflet about the bank ombudsman.

Good advice.
Once enough people do it they will have to just start charging what it actually costs them (or not charge) rather than the current charge that includes a massive profit.
